Refund and Return Policy

At BeastPlatez, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returning Non-Customized Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-customized item, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. We’ll process your refund, but please note that delivery charges won’t be refunded unless we sent you the wrong item.

Customized/Bespoke Items

Customized or bespoke items are a bit different. They can’t be returned unless they’re damaged or incorrect. If you encounter an issue, please send us proof of the problem, and we’ll sort it out for you, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Getting Your Refund

We’ll handle refunds quickly—expect them to show up on your original payment method within about 5 business days after we get your returned item. If you received something you didn’t order, we’ll cover the return postage and send out the correct item. If you need a fast replacement, we’ll charge you for the new one and refund you once we get the incorrect item back.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If you’re returning an item because we made a mistake, like sending you the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll pay for the return shipping. For all other returns, you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Got a damaged or defective item? Let us know right away at [support@beastplatez.ie]. Just include some proof of the issue, and we’ll get to work on arranging a replacement or a refund for you.

Customer Errors

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. We can’t offer refunds for mistakes made during ordering, but we’re here to help if something goes wrong on our end.

Discounted Items

If you’ve purchased an item with a discount and need to return it, we’ll refund you based on the discounted price. Delivery charges aren’t refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

How to Return an Item

To return something, just drop us an email at [support@beastplatez.ie] with your order number and why you’re returning the item. We’ll send you all the info you need and the return address. Make sure to pack everything securely in its original packaging to keep it safe during the return trip.

Show Plates

Please note that all plates sold as show plates aren’t eligible for refunds. We’re not responsible for any issues related to their use beyond what they’re intended for.
