3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise specified.
Customization Time: Because our plates are custom-made, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Ireland): All orders other than collection or otherwise specified will incur a flat rate of €6.99. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 working days.
Express Shipping (Ireland): Flat rate of €12.99. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1-2 working days. We highly recommend choosing the standard shipping as we find there to be a substantial difference in shipping speed.
International Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery times.
3.3 Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
3.4 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within Ireland. For international orders, we may be able to accommodate. Please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
3.5 Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [support@beastplatez.ie]. Upon investigation, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
3.6 In-Store Pickup
Free local pickup is available at [Address]. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Return Eligibility
Non-Customized Items: Eligible for return within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized/Bespoke Items: Non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect. Proof of damage is required, and we will investigate before processing a replacement.
4.2 Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover return postage and send the correct item. If you need a fast replacement, we will recharge you for the new item and refund you upon receipt of the returned incorrect item.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.4 Damaged or Defective Items
